About

Crossens Bowling Club was founded in 1936 and has provided crown green bowling for all at the heart of Crossens village since. Today, the club has approximately 85 members and is renowned for its friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

During the Summer bowling season, the club runs a programme of events to suit all tastes.

9 teams play across a variety of leagues, 6 mixed teams and 3 ladies teams.

Social bowling events include club competitions at weekends, friendly bowling days with other clubs and local organisations and charity bowling days.

A Round Robins are held several times each week where all are welcome to enjoy a morning out in the fresh air amongst friends. New bowlers are very welcome, it’s an ideal opportunity to get a little tuition from more experienced players.

For those of a more competitive nature, Open Competitions provide an opportunity to play against the best.

Several social evenings are held throughout the year including fun race nights, quizzes and a presentation evening.

Crown Green Bowling is a great sport for all ages and for people of all levels of fitness and ability. Why not come and give it a go?
