Johnson / Ivers Competition Winners 2019

Hi everyone,

Many thanks to all who came to the Hughie Johnson and Les Ivers single competition on Sunday. We had a good turn-out of 24 members. 

Reall good to see some of our social members playing.

The runner up  of the main competition was Jayne Eustace, who played exceptionally well all day  to beat  -Ted Morrell, Mark Eustace, Peter Smith and then came up against an on form TonyWakefield in the final. Tony had beaten  Pat Jones, Gary Burgess. Keith Sproston and George Hitchmough to get to the final.

 Congratulations to you both.

The winner of the consolation cup was Janice Hobson who beat Tina Sumner – again  well done to you both.

The next competition is on Saturday 18th May start time 11 a.m. This is the Dave Rimmer (main comp) and the Frank Butler (Cons) pairs comp.
