Beginners Competition Results

This year we held a new competition for our new bowlers. The new players were helped with card marking and measuring by more experienced members. There was some very good bowling with everyone enjoying the day. There was one comp. for the ladies and one for the men. The eventual finals were between Pauline Rimmer and Paula Milnes with the Pauline coming out on top and Colin Miles and Dave Rimmer – with Colin getting a very close win. The Consolation comp was won by Colin Porter who beat Ray Lowe for the men and Debbie Melling beating Cheryl Powell for the ladies.
